     Dressed in costume and using the energy of her lifelong passion of sharing history, Sarah will share a very fun and informative presentation about Laura Ingalls Wilder.
12:00- Lunch
12:45- SHARING: Round table discussion and sharing of classroom activities
2:30- Dismissal- Distribution of Continuing Education Certificates

ATTENTION SOUTH DAKOTA TEACHERS
ONE HOUR STATE RENEWAL CREDIT IS AVAILABLE
Display a pioneer classroom activity to share with your group
Submit a four page paper describing your project
Bring copies of a one pate descriptive hanout to distribut
Complete a brief evaluation of conference (provided at workshop)
Ingalls Homestead will mail materail to SDEC.
We encourage you to utilize these renewal credits!

Visit LIW Memorial Society, Depot Museum, DeSmet Cemetery
Shop Historic Main Street, Hazel Meyer Library and Harvey Dunn School

With attendance at this conference and displaying and explaining a fun LIW project used with your class, teachers may earn a one hour educational credit.

NOTE: Our LIW Pageant, "These Happy Golden Years", will be held on Fri,Sat and Sun of three weekends, July 7,8,9, July 14, 15, 16 and July 21, 22, 23. We scheduled this workshop the day after the last performance to perhaps facilitate your attending our wonderful pageant!
